Approach to Therapy

Alejandro uses an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. At the core, he use a person-centered approach to build a relationship with clients and explore their world with them. He pulls from CBT, Interpersonal, and Logo-therapy as his techniques/interventions. With each client having their own experiences, culture, and overall life, he keeps a multi-cultural lens to explore how these have influenced someone’s life.

Approach to Wellness

Wellness is a priority of Alejandro's and he finds it to have an influence on our overall well-being. While we all have different perspectives on wellness, he likes to be active and move his body. As a distance runner, you might find him at local races. Other ways he prioritizes wellness is through cooking/baking, exploring new trails, and the beach!
