Professional Interests

My professional interests include crisis intervention, grief counseling, and narrative therapy. I also utilize cognitive behavioral interventions and have been trained in trauma informed care.

Approach to Therapy

My approach is person-centered; I take the client’s interests, talents and strengths into consideration when applying therapeutic interventions.

Approach to Supervision

I enjoy mentoring and collaborating with others, working together as a team. I am happy to share my experience and education and also believe we can learn a lot from each other.

Approach to Wellness

I believe there are several parts to self-care, including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social. All of these parts need to be nurtured in order to achieve balance in life.
