Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is person-centered and integrative, specifically incorporating a cognitive behavioral focus. I actively listen about the life experiences and internal world of clients, seeking to collaboratively define goals for treatment. I work to affirm clients through focusing on their strengths and increased sense of empowerment.
