ABOUT FRESHMENTALITY
FreshMentality is a mental health training course for students at the University of Florida. It was developed by the Counseling & Wellness Center’s AWARE Ambassador program which focuses on supporting the well-being of UF students.
It aims to prepare and educate first-year students for the myriad of collegiate mental health concerns related to the transition into college. The information provided ranges from emotional learning, managing homesickness, making friends, handling stress, time management, common mental health problems and so much more!
