3 CWC workshops designed to learn skills for taking control of your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Calming the Storm

This 3-week, drop-in workshop series will focus on building skills to manage emotional crises and bounce back from a very upsetting moment. Participants will learn crisis survival and distress tolerance skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Attending all 3 sessions is recommended as each week will cover a new topic (see below). You are welcome to join as often as possible.

Riding Emotional Waves

This 10-week drop-in workshop will focus on building skills to gain more control on emotions and reduce suffering. Participants will learn core mindfulness and emotion regulation skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Attending all sessions is recommended as each week will cover a new topic (see below). You are welcome to join as often as possible.

    Building Fulfilling Relationships

    This is an 8-week series weekly workshop that focuses on various aspects of relationships. We acknowledge that everyone of us navigates social spaces as a multicultural being and can expand our perspectives to learn and grow. Interpersonal Effectiveness skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) can help with building fulfilling relationships. The workshop will be partially didactic and partially conversational/experiential, and will also include some practices. We hope you join us for all 8 sessions, as each week will cover a different topic. You are welcome to join us as often as you can. RSVP below to access the link that will be used for all sessions.
