So many of us struggle with people pleasing, fear of disappointing others, feeling overextended, overwhelmed by commitments, and lacking in self-care. We can’t always set the boundaries we may want due to various contextual factors, power dynamics, etc. However, sometimes we can set boundaries or micro boundaries that bring us a sense of enhanced integrity and dignity.

Wednesday 2/2, 1:00PM-2:30PM
Do you have any loved ones in your life who have different boundaries around COVID masking and distancing? Do you hug a friend or a co-worker? When is it appropriate to touch someone's shoulder or hair? Are you okay if someone touches your pregnant belly? Join us in this exploration of how we can communicate and navigate feelings of safety and comfort with one another.
Wednesday 2/9, 1:00PM-2:30PM
Self-protection can sometimes feel isolating, and so we will explore connection, disconnection, relational cues and consent with sharing what is in our hearts. This workshop will explore navigating decisions and patterns of emotional boundaries while appreciating context.
Wednesday 2/16, 1:00PM-2:30PM
Sexuality can be a very private, vulnerable, exciting, and/or sensitive topic, that may be difficult to communicate about. In our time together, we will offer some insights and language for communicating when we might want our partner to stop or slow down, and how we can ask for consent if we want to go further.

This workshop will explore and more mindfully choose where to share or not share resources (and why), and discuss the personal values and contextual factors that may impact these decisions.

This workshop will explore making conscious decisions about how (and with who) we spend our time, balancing FOMO and prioritizing with the number of hours we have in each day.
