Body-Centered Practices for Reducing Stress/Anxiety

Workshop Series 2021

Learn body-based practices such as gentle stretches, breathwork, mindful walking, a body scan meditation, self-holds, chi gong, and tapping on acupressure points to relieve anxiety and stress.  This workshop series is experiential and requires no prior experience.  Each week we will explore a different practice.  Feel free to attend one or all five sessions! All sessions are 4-5pm
