My approach to therapy is to create a space where the client can be vulnerable and introspective while still feeling safe.  I view therapy and the world through a Contextual Behavioral lens.

Approach to Supervision

Developmental and multicultural with a focus on the individual and the different roles that they may hold.

Approach to Wellness

Spending time with my fur kids (a boxer and three crazy cats); playing games with friends, spending time with family, reading, knitting, observing nature, and swimming.
