Approach to Therapy
Dr. Palmer’s approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and narrative-focused. He incorporates aspects of narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies.
Approach to Supervision
His approach to supervision is collaborative, developmental, and therapist centered. His goal is to provide a psychologically safe space that fosters therapist creativity and growth.
Approach to Wellness
To recharge, Dr. Palmer likes to spend time outdoors, reading, writing, and spending time with his family.
