Approach to Therapy
Hamad aspires to provide his clients with a supportive space where they can feel safe enough to freely explore their emotions, thoughts, fears, and disappointments. His approach to counseling is person-centered, strength-based, and integrative. He primarily draws from psychoanalytic, existential, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Approach to Wellness
In his free time, Hamad enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching the Office, movies, and political documentaries, reading, listening to country and classical music, rooting for Arsenal FC and Kansas City Chiefs, and traveling whenever he gets the chance!
